We use your information only to review your request, prepare a tailored quote, and reply to you personally — usually within 24 hours. We may contact you by email or phone to discuss your goals, clarify details, or follow up on your enquiry. We never sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Where it's stored
Your submission is stored securely on our platform and emailed to our team so the right person can follow up with you. Access is limited to the people at Proxy Markets who handle your enquiry.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your request and, if you become a client, to provide the service you signed up for. If you ask us to delete your details, we'll remove them from our records.
Your choices
You're not required to submit the form, and you can skip the optional notes field. If you'd like a copy of the information you sent us, or you want it corrected or removed, just email us and we'll take care of it.
